Data processed
Voluntary enquiries may include your name, email, phone number, company and message. The hosting infrastructure may record technical data, such as IP address, request date and time and resources accessed, to provide and secure the service.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries and handle pre-contractual or contractual activities (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); to meet applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); and to handle other communications and secure the service on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Contact form
The form prepares a message in your email application: it is sent only when you confirm sending there. The form does not store data on the website. Providing data is optional, but we may be unable to reply without the necessary contact details.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle them and related follow-up; contractual or administrative records are subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Data may be processed by authorised personnel and IT and email service providers within their respective roles, or disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Cookies and external links
The website pages do not set profiling cookies or integrate visitor analytics. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram open external services at your choice: processing by those services, including any international transfers, is described in their respective privacy notices.
